Refunds Policy

At Auditly, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent experience for all users. Please read our refunds policy carefully before completing your payment.
No Refunds After Policy Generation
Once your policies have been generated and viewed, we are unable to offer refunds. This is because our system produces customised and downloadable documents based on the information you provide during onboarding.
You are not required to pay at the end of onboarding if you choose not to proceed. Your data will be securely stored for 30 days, giving you time to finalise your decision. You may complete your payment anytime within this period to access your generated policies.
Changes in Registration or Services
If your organisation’s registration group or service modules change, additional policies may be required. In such cases, a service adjustment fee may apply. Please note that policy updates for new modules are not automatically included and will need to be purchased separately.
Add-ons and Additional Services
Add-on services such as internal audits, 1:1 onboarding sessions, document reviews, and compliance checks are generally facilitated by the Tania Gomez Consulting (TGC) team. These services may have separate terms, pricing, and scheduling policies.
